The 4^th Annual General Assembly (AGA4) was held on 27-30 September, 2003 at Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Alexandria. On top of Mr. William O'Neil, Secretary General of IMO (at that time) and other honorable guests, some 139 people including participants from 25 member institutions out of 34, gathered at the conference. 29 papers selected out of 67 applications were presented as the outcome of the research activities during the year.
