This is to inform you that new secretary of our Association, Mr. Hideaki Uematsu, has assumed his office as from this November 1, replacing his predecessor, Dr. Hisashi Yamamoto.

IAMU just recently could celebrate the 10th anniversary of its foundation in November 1999, thanks to the global efforts of all the people concerned, coupled with constant support of The Nippon Foundation.
